How to Register for IB at St. Francis Xavier
Students currently enrolled in other school boards, such as Peel, or for students interested in IB and that are out of our boundary, please complete the steps indicated below to register at St. Francis Xavier's School.

- Please complete the portfolio in one session and upload it to the google form.
- Make sure to include proof of "Application Fee" payment - $40. Please use this link to make payment - link to be provided . Please make sure to use this link and not your current Cash Online account. Also, please use your child's name and not a parent's name when making payment.
- Applications are due on December 5th, 2025.
- Students will be notified by email whether or not they have been accepted into the program by December 19th, 2025, midnight.
- Students not accepted in the first round will remain on a waitlist should a spot become available.
If accepted into the IB Program
If your child is accepted into the IB program and currently has an Identification of Giftedness through an IPRC process with another school board, the identification will be transferred and honoured until an IPRC date is held with the Dufferin Peel Board.
***NOTE: All International students, refugee claimants, or students on work/study permit must contact the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board Admissions Department to make an appointment to obtain a Letter of Permission issued by the Admissions Department prior to any approval for admission is considered. Complete an Online Registration via the DPCDSB website if the student is new to DPCDSB.
If the student registering has, in the past, attended a DPCDSB school and is currently attending a school in another school board or private school, you must complete the online registration process through the DPCDSB website prior to registering at St. Francis Xavier.

If accepted into the Xavier IB program, students will be given registration package attached to their acceptance email. Please complete the registration package provided and return the Registration Package in person to the Guidance office on the applicable date.
